Authors intending to submit their manuscripts to any journal under Journals Online are requested to follow the detailed instructions below. These guidelines are designed to ensure consistency and quality in our publications.
The title page should include:
Provide an abstract of 150–250 words summarizing the main findings and significance. Follow this with 4–6 keywords that reflect the subject area of the manuscript.
References must be accurate and complete. Choose either APA, IEEE, or Vancouver style depending on the journal’s standard. Examples:
Ensure all citations in the manuscript have a matching entry in the reference list.
Manuscripts can be submitted via our Online Submission System or emailed to submit@journalsonline.org. Ensure all components (manuscript, figures, tables, cover letter) are included.
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and availability. The review process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Upon acceptance, a nominal article processing charge (APC) is applicable. The APC varies by journal and helps cover the costs of publication, DOI registration, archiving, and indexing. Fee waivers or discounts may be available in specific cases (e.g., low-income countries).
Authors retain full copyright of their work. Accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.
Submissions must be written in clear, concise English. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscript edited by a professional language service before submission.
