Introduction

The American Journal of Cancer Research (AJCR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing innovative research and clinical advances in oncology. AJCR features basic, translational, and clinical studies that deepen understanding of cancer biology and improve prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.

We welcome original research, systematic and scoping reviews, brief communications, technical notes, clinical trials, case series, practice guidelines, and health policy analyses across (but not limited to) tumor microenvironment, cancer genomics/epigenomics, immuno-oncology, biomarkers and liquid biopsy, precision medicine, radiology and nuclear medicine, surgical and radiation oncology, drug delivery and nanomedicine, real-world evidence, AI in oncology, palliative care, and global oncology.

Through rigorous peer review and transparent editorial practices, AJCR promotes reproducible science, ethical conduct, and equitable access to cancer knowledge that can be translated into better patient outcomes.
