Peer Review & Editorial Process
Submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts. Initial editorial screening checks fit, ethics, and methodological clarity. We aim for an initial decision within 4–6 weeks. Accepted manuscripts are published online first and then assigned to issues.
Review quality emphasizes research transparency (methods, data, and limitations), effect sizes over p-values alone, and actionable implications for practice.
Open Access & Licensing
AJELT is an open-access journal. Articles are published under a CC BY license by default, enabling sharing and reuse with attribution. Authors retain copyright.
APC Policy: If your site uses APCs, link to the dedicated page. If waiving APCs during launch, clearly note the waiver and dates on the APC page.
Indexing & Archiving
Articles are registered with Crossref for DOIs. Indexing targets include Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus (once eligible). Content is preserved via periodic backups and repository submission policies.
