Introduction

The American Journal of Management and Human Resources (AJMHR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing research that advances management and HR practice across industries and regions. We welcome rigorous empirical studies, theory building, replications, methodological papers, and practitioner cases that improve decision-making and workforce outcomes.

Core areas include strategic and international HRM, leadership and organizational behaviour, DEI and well-being, people analytics and workforce planning, recruitment and retention, performance and rewards, learning and development, labour relations and employment law, HR technology, and the future of work.

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Accepted articles are published online first and then assigned to issues on a rolling basis.
